Explore tips & tools for aging well with health, love and grace. Indulge in scrumptious organic lunch and snacks prepared with care by Molly Gingell. Relax and release with a massage* by the healing hands of Jim Patton or Jill Lacher.
Nourish your soul, restore your mind and retreat with like-minded yogis. This retreat has something for everyone and all levels of fitness. The day will focus on Yoga and aging well – using movement of mind/body and creativity as the source for good health through the many ages of life.
