JOY of Yoga 300-Hour Certification Requirements Certified 1000-Hour JOY of Yoga teachers must complete 500 hours of courses, including required courses. Once complete, you must create a three-hour workshop in your field of expertise that will be available for viewing on an online platform of your choice. We reserve the right to withhold certification if you do not meet the requirements.
