What do you do when you aren’t practicing?
When I’m not practicing or teaching, I am quite often treating patients with acupuncture, Ayurveda, and herbal medicine. In my free time, I’m often enjoying nature and doing something adventurous and active. My favorite activities put me in touch with nature but have a little spice: surfing, mountain biking, hiking, and skiing. I feel most at home in high altitude or a mist’s distance from the ocean. My dog Ella takes me on daily hikes which keeps me active and helps to get outdoors everyday.
