Aerial Intensive – Basics & Beyond

This intensive is designed for any student or teacher interested in exploring aerial as a beginner, or deepening their existing aerial practice. During our time together, we will consider the requirements for a safe and nurturing class environment, explore a variety of sequencing options, and take a deep dive into many of the aerial poses. 

For certified yoga teachers, completion of this course is the first step towards a place on the aerial sub list.

This course is eligible for 15 hours of credit toward the JOY of Yoga 300 Hour Teacher Training.
