Foundations of Qigong

gideon-jim

The 100 hour Introduction to Qigong course focuses on how to feel, move, and transform qi. In this course, we will cover several integrated approaches to self-healing including: yin & yang, the three treasures, and the five phases. This gives you multiple physical, meditative and blended methods to harmonize body, emotions and mind through using and modifying techniques that have stood the test of time. This is part of an integrated series of 100hr programs that teach beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels of Asian somatic, meditative, and healing practices.

Graduates of both the Foundations of Daoist Yoga and Foundations of Qigong courses will receive a JOY of Yoga 200-Hour | Qigong certificate.
