Been practicing yoga for a long time but still can’t do handstand or forearm stand? Do you wonder why these poses aren’t happening for you? It’s likely because you aren’t training specifically for them. Are you ready to change “I can’t” to “I CAN HANDSTAND”? If so, then this club is for you. I also struggled with these challenging poses until I added daily drills and skills to build strength and confidence in my handstand practice. If you want to achieve a handstand this year, let’s begin training properly and consistently. This inclusive club will meet three times during spring, practicing different styles of handstands and inversions, surrounded by a loving and supportive community. Come every month to gain this skill sooner, with optional homework (less than 5 min/day), or just drop in whenever your schedule allows.

In every session, we will practice balancing on our hands with support of the wall, falling fearlessly as we move away from the wall, brain mapping and nervous system reflexes, core and shoulder strengthening exercises, flexibility of wrists and hamstrings, and connecting it all together to one day jump (or float!) into handstand. I am taking the best of the best drills, skills, and tips to get you into handstand poses safely and confidently. Join the club that is the trifecta of all clubs ‘`Stability + Strength + Flexibility ON YOUR HANDS!’.

Registration is separate for each session, unless you choose the 3 session package.

All session pricing is $110. This pays for 3 sessions.
