Make Some Time for R&R: A Reiki & Restore Workshop

Take time out of your busy schedule to give yourself the gift of relaxation and healing. We will start by setting our intentions, and then prepare for deeper relaxation through the practice of gentle stretches when Paulette will offer Reiki to participants. All you need to be is open to receive. Paulette can offer Reiki energy through a hands-on approach or if you prefer, through distant healing. Either way, you will leave feeling more centered, grounded, and balanced.
