Hiroka McGuane

Hiroka is from Tokyo, Japan. She discovered the benefits of yoga over 10 years ago, after giving birth to her third child. She enjoys teaching and sharing the benefits of yoga  with others. Her practice combines yoga with essential oils and mindful movement, helping to connect breath, mind, body, and spirit. When she is off the mat, her family (husband, three kids, and two dogs) keeps her busy. She is  grateful for how yoga keeps her centered and balanced and has transformed her daily life.

Favorite pose?

Camel pose is such a beautiful, heart-opening pose that makes me feel energized and released. I also love the feeling of grounding and peacefulness I get in pigeon pose.
