Jayson Hemp is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with over 500hrs of training in various modalities. His classes provide a supportive and inclusive space where you can de-stress, unwind, let go of daily distractions, and be more at peace.

Incorporating a mix of physical movement, breathwork, music, and energy flow, he draws upon various styles of traditional and modern yoga, Tai Chi, and other exercise modalities to lead you through a journey of self-exploration. He believes yoga can be accessible to anyone, and will enable you by providing options for various poses as well as incorporating various props that allow us to focus on a particular objective – whether it is movement of a muscle group to open up an area, improving skeletal alignment, or a supportive restorative pose.
Yoga has helped Jayson manage the stress and demands of college, life in general, and throughout his professional career as a software test engineer. He also found that it complimented his outdoor running and bicycling activities. Going through teacher training has deepened his practice beyond yoga as exercise, and has led to self-reflection, practicing mindfulness, undoing old patterns and is applying the philosophy of the eight limbs of yoga to his daily life.
His philosophy on and off the mat is that yoga can be accessible by anyone.
