Ready to burst forth into the season, get rid of the congestion, allergies, and sluggishness that sometimes accompanies Spring? Do you want to learn self-care practices that can support your life? 

This balancing digestive reset will help to eliminate cravings, support your nervous system, and create optimum health in the spring months. During the cleanse we will prepare and eat holistic, nutrient dense, and simple Ayurvedic foods. 

The program integrates yoga, Ayurveda, and life-changing self-care practices. We will learn how to work with the most seasonally influential meridians, address the influences of the season in our yoga practice and in our lives. Together we will support one another in optimum life and health.

This program is supported and guided by Bridget and Jennifer fully online, with recorded videos, live meetups, and an online group page.

About Bridget

Dr. Bridget Puchalsky is a primary care practitioner in California. She holds an D.Ac. DTCM C.A.P. E-RYT 500, works with patients on all areas of their health through a philosophy and practice to use daily life as medicine to heal and balance the body. This approach brings together practices of yoga, meditation, and nutrition with the treatments of Ayurveda, acupuncture, and herbal medicine. She works in groups and privately with patients at Breathe Together Yoga Wellness.

About Jennifer 

Jennifer Prugh is the founder of Breathe Together Yoga and the JOY of Yoga School of Integrative Learning. Jennifer is passionate about “life education,” making eastern mind and body practices accessible so that students are empowered  to live each day fully and to ultimately make a unique contribution to life. In 2018 she was certified as a Yoga Therapist, she was an associate professor for eight years, she leads life adventures throughout the world, and in 2021 published River of Offerings, 12 Journeys Following the Path of the Ganges River.

Schedule

Spring cleanse runs Wednesday, March  13 – Friday, March 22. Meetings are as follows (all times Pacific):

  • Wednesday March 13 @ 5-6:15pm Kick-off
  • Friday, March 15 @ 5-6pm  Replenish & Check In. 
  • Monday, March 18 @ 5-6pm Office Hours & Group Check In
  • Friday, March 22 @ 12pm-1pm Cleanse Completion and Moving Forward

To participate, please intend to make a  dietary adjustment, be interested in having a consistent mind-body practice (yoga asana, qigong, or tai chi) and meditation practice. This intensive will take place over Zoom, and each session will also be available as recordings afterwards for three weeks. A guidebook will be provided.

This course is eligible for 15 elective hours toward the JOY of Yoga 300 Hour Teacher Training. Please contact Aurelia with JOY of Yoga questions.
