Every year (until the pandemic), we have celebrated our members – whose enthusiasm and support have continued to make Breathe Together Yoga possible.
Join us for our annual members’ party to celebrate YOU and all of our loyal members! Enjoy delicious appetizers and beverages, and mingle with teachers, fellow students, and our staff.
In response to the pandemic and the gravity of the changes taking place in our world, going forward, our members’ parties will honor you, as well as provide the opportunity to contribute to an area of the world that needs our attention.
This year, we learn about a burgeoning relationship we are developing by drilling a well for the Samburu tribe in Africa.
All current members of Breathe Together attend for FREE. The cost for non-members is $49 to cover the cost of food. Reserve your spot. Space is limited.
As part of a yoga retreat in Kenya in February 2023, a group of us stayed in the Namunyak Wildlife Conservancy. We fell in love with the extraordinary Samburu people of the camp and nearby village.
During our stay, we learned that the people in this region don’t have access to clean, safe water. Everyone in this region suffers from extreme drought due to climate change.
After researching organizations to partner with to dig a well, we found The Samburu Project (TSP). Their vision, mission, and values align with our practice of ethical principles; cultivating lives of truth, compassion, and generosity.
