Mind Meet Heart: How to Hold Yourself and Others in Love

Based on a series of meditations by spiritual teacher Sarah Blondin, we will dive into mindfulness and restorative/gentle practices to detach from the busy mind and tune into our feeling heart. An opportunity to create a deeper connection with ourselves and others as we learn how to be guided by our wise heart.

These offerings can benefit anyone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or afraid to slow down. It will encourage attuning to breath, sensations, feelings and will consist of talks, guided meditation and gentle practice. No yoga or meditation experience required.

Asana practice for each session will be paired with the mediation/reflections of that particular day.

Prop list: blankets, bolster or cushion, strap, blocks, chair, eye pillow or scarf and socks

  • Session 4 Practice: Seed of Wholeness. Trusting the Process
  • Session 5 Practice: Learning how to love. Choosing growth.
  • Session 6 Practice: Vowing for the heart as we see the world.
