New Year Glow & Flow

Join seasoned yoga instructor Alyssa Prettyman for a night of music, movement and JOY! Class will be offered in a flow format with plenty of opportunities for dance breakdowns and/or freestyles (if you’re into that sort of thing!) This session will incorporate music from all genres (hip hop, rock, pop, alternative). Students are encouraged to dress in white or neon colors and bring a little GLOW to their FLOW. Due to the musical element, this class is in person only.
