Spring Half-Day Retreat

The focus of our Spring Half-Day Retreat is on growth and the variety of ways it is expressed in and beyond our practice. Offered only live in our studio, Jennifer will work with you individually, assist you (if you’d like to be assisted), we’ll focus specifically on innovative ways of individually growing 3-5 specific “seasonal postures,” as well as expanding your toolbox of pranayama and meditation practices. We’ll also enjoy a Mandala Tea House Spring tea blend. It will be a beautiful afternoon.

This is the third of four seasonal half-day retreats by Jennifer offered over this year. Each retreat has a specific focus. Our time together is designed to “fill you up” and inspire your practice for the entire season ahead. 

Bring a journal, a pen, and your mat.
