Join us for a joyful gathering of our prenatal & postpartum community!
This circle is a safe and non-judgmental space to share your experiences with other new moms and to listen and learn from each other – just like women have been doing since the beginning of time. We’ll begin with a gentle movement and guided relaxation practice to nurture your mind and body, followed by heartfelt story-sharing over tea.
Come as you are and leave with a full heart!
About Marina
Marina teaches from a deep reverence for the wisdom held inside our bodies. Her classes use fluid & intuitive movement guided by breath to help bring you into a meditative state of mind. She believes yoga is where we meet the deepest parts of ourselves and is passionate about creating safe and sacred spaces for people to express themselves without fear of judgment. She is also a birth doula, artist, and dj.
