Tibetan Ritual Dance worshop led by Losang Samten

Just as we aim to stay healthy by eating well and exercising, it is also important to create a healthy mind. Meditation is scientifically proven to have tremendous effects on supporting a healthy body and mind.

Among the numerous types of meditation, the workshop will focus on the Shamatha meditation (Samadhi), which is a practice in clearing out our thoughts and cultivating mindfulness and ultimately gaining happiness and a peace of mind. Please join us.
