Jill Lacher

Jill has spent 20+ years working in mental health, initially, as a Recreation Therapist in Psychiatry and later, following her passion to support and serve teens-at-risk and their families. Jill studied at the White Lotus Foundation (Santa Barbara, CA), one of the first yoga teacher training programs in the country, and completed her two-year intensive, trauma-informed Yoga Therapy Program at the Niroga Institute (Oakland, CA), in 2018. In addition to her formal training, Jill studied under and assisted Elise Miller, a Senior Iyengar Teacher, for backcare and scoliosis, and trained under other world renowned teachers.

Jill is a Yoga Therapist and Thai Yoga Therapy Masseuse, whose approach synthesizes and integrates yoga, Ayurveda, Chinese, and Western Medicine to support balance, healing, and peace in people’s lives, empowering others to reach their full potential.

Whether leading a group of runners in a dynamic flow, seniors in osteo-appropriate movement, teens in distress, or patients in a pain management program, Jill brings a unique teaching style that is down to earth, detailed, and nurturing.
