Upcoming Classes

After time in BioInformatics here in Silicon Valley, she found fulfillment in yoga. Kirti began daily practice and watched her life transform. She is indebted to all of her teachers who had faith in her and encouraged her to complete a Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training with Mark Stephens at Santa Cruz Yoga. She continued her education with many more trainings and became a full-time yoga and Pilates instructor teaching Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Hot Pilates, Heated Yoga Strength, and Hot Yoga with a special interest in Bhakti Yoga (yoga of the heart). Every practice is an act of devotion. Every teacher imparted a unique gift to her teaching skills, however, her practice has always been her biggest teacher. The greatest guru you can ever have, lies deep down inside of you. After hosting many workshops and co-hosting 200-hour teacher trainings, Kirti discovered that same guru awaken and blossom inside of her.

Yoga is not a career, but rather a way of life for her. Contrary to popular belief, yoga is not all about the āsana. It is about that transformation that is going on inside of you. This is the philosophy that she likes to give to her students. She often tells them that all she wants to see is dedication and devotion. It does not matter if your āsana does not look like your neighbor’s āsana, it might never look like that. Your āsana is an expression of you, so love your own āsana and keep practicing. The more you practice, the more your inner light will shine, and the more fulfillment you will find in life.
