Yoga Fusion for Winter Replenish

A headshot photo of Monica Torres smiling, wearing a white shirt.

As we transition into the winter season, this workshop focuses on the water phase, emphasizing the kidneys and bladder meridians. Through gentle qigong movements, yoga flows, self-massage techniques, and meditation, we’ll tap into the essence of water—cultivating stillness, resilience, and renewal. These practices are designed to harmonize your energy and align with nature’s rhythms.

I’m thrilled to share this seasonal journey with you and look forward to creating a space for introspection, healing, and growth.
