Join this Grief Release Workshop, a safe and supportive space to explore your grief. Learn techniques for transforming grief and releasing pent-up emotions. Through yoga, meditation, writing, and sound healing, we’ll delve into our thoughts and feelings, finding healing and release through creative expression. This workshop offers new paths to healing and a journey forward in your grief.

Rebecca has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 20 years. Throughout her career, she has owned two yoga studios, led international yoga retreats, and conducted yoga teacher trainings. Rebecca has a profound understanding of grief, having lost her brother in a car accident during their teenage years and more recently her father. She is the President of her family foundation, Open to Hope, founded in memory of her brother with the mission of helping people find hope after loss.
Rebecca is currently pursuing a master’s degree and a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology. Her mission is to support others through their grief journey, drawing from her experiences and extensive training. She has been married for 35 years and is the proud mother of four adult children. In addition to her work, Rebecca holds a holistic health certificate and enjoys yoga, skiing, travel, and lifelong learning.
