Through gentle breathwork, a flowing asana sequence, and mindful movement, you’ll experience the beauty of slowing down and turning inward. A thoughtful eating meditation will deepen your connection to your senses, and the day will culminate in a blissful sound bath, allowing the vibrations of sound to wash over you, releasing tension and inviting peace.
About Trizia
I am a yoga instructor and fine art cake maker, and my love for movement and creativity shapes everything I do. Yoga is deeply ingrained in my body, allowing me to observe my sensations and flow with greater awareness. This connection helps me create both on the mat and in my art. I approach yoga and my creations with mindfulness and a gentle heart. Inspired by the idea that “the movement of your work follows your body,” I invite my students to find their own flow both in practice and in life. Through my teaching, I hope to offer a space where students can explore self-awareness, compassion, and the beauty of mindful living.

Note: this workshop will be recorded to evaluate an instructor who has completed at least 300 additional hours in their yoga education and training.
