Christy’s bringing a new flow sequence for the hammock! After a gentle warm-up, we’ll move through a slow and mindful aerial flow sequence. We’ll practice it together several times, reaching a point where you will know the sequence well enough to do it on your own. You’ll have the opportunity to video yourself or take photos for memories to share with friends and family. We’ll end with a long relaxing suspended bliss in savasana with essential oils.
