Superbloom is a professional and creative development immersion for experienced yoga teachers and practitioners who feel called to grow what they offer.

Designed for those who have completed 300 hours of advanced training, this course supports the next stage of your path: translating your knowledge, experience, and intuition into meaningful offerings that serve others. Whether you are developing workshops, immersions, trainings, retreats, books or online projects, Superbloom provides the structure, guidance, and community to bring your work to life.

Growth in this phase often asks for both courage and support. Superbloom is designed to offer both.

Over nine months, you will be guided through a process of clarifying your vision, refining your voice, and building offerings that are impactful and sustainable.

The course is eligible for 45 CEUs (Continuing Education Units). This course is required as part of the Joy of Yoga 1000-Hour Leadership Program. To enroll, please email joy@breathetogetheryoga.com.

Why This Course

Many teachers reach a point where they feel ready for greater depth, expression or contribution.

You may have ideas that are not yet fully formed, or offerings that you’ve begun but haven’t fully executed on. You may feel the desire to expand but find it difficult to do so alone.

Superbloom offers a container for this stage of growth.

Through consistent guidance, shared inquiry, and a solid group of peers, you will have the opportunity to move from concept to creation. The emphasis is not only on what you create, but how you develop clarity, integrity, and confidence in your work.

What You Will Create

Each participant enters the course with their own intention.

Some may develop a workshop or multi-week course.

Some may design a training or retreat.

Some may deepen their teaching work or expand into new communities.

Some may begin or continue writing.

Throughout the course, you will be supported in clarifying your direction and steadily moving your project forward.

By the end of the nine months, you will have created something meaningful—an offering that reflects your voice and has the potential to benefit others. You will also have the opportunity to share your work with a community of those who may not otherwise have access to these practices.

How The Course Is Structured

Superbloom is a nine-month, cohort-based program.

You will receive:

  • Monthly group mentorship sessions with Jennifer (live on Zoom)
  • A small peer cohort for additional monthly connection and accountability
  • Ongoing feedback and guidance as your project develops
  • A supportive community of peers engaged in their own creative process

Each month builds on the last, allowing for steady progress over time.

The group is limited to 16 participants to ensure individual attention and meaningful connection.

Who This Course Is For

This course may be a good fit if you:

  • Have completed a 300-hour training (or equivalent) and are ready to expand your offerings
  • Are currently in the Joy of Yoga 300 or 1000 pathway and have completed the Bloom mentorship
  • Feel called to create workshops, trainings, retreats, or other offerings, but would benefit from guidance and support
  • Want accountability and community as you take meaningful creative risks
  • Are interested in making a deeper impact through your work

The Intention Behind This Course

Like blooming, your offerings can be supported with the right conditions: attention, patience, structure, and care.

This course offers those conditions. It is designed to support the natural unfolding of your work.

Superbloom mentorship is a space to develop not only what you create, but how you relate to the creative process itself, learning to trust your voice, refine your ideas, and bring them into form in a beneficial way.

Testimonials

The Superbloom Mentorship group helped provide me the much-needed prompts to not only spark what was creatively brewing inside of me, but to put those ideas into action. It is a blessed act to create, and to birth it into reality… well, that is a whole other level! This gave me the safe and brave space to explore and experiment, and it was just what I was looking for! Thank you, Jennifer Prugh and 2025 cohort! I learned so much about myself and also your dreams as they became realities!

I completed the 200 hour with Jennifer in 2017, and the 300 hour shortly thereafter. I’d been a successful part-time yoga teacher in studios since 2018, and managed to maintain teaching opportunities throughout the pandemic. Even so, I was lacking direction and a peer group for this next phase in my career: growing the offerings I want to build into a full-time business. I signed up for the mentorship program with Jennifer because she has always been a guiding light in my yoga journey. It was not a light commitment financially and it required a significant time investment, and it was completely and absolutely worth it. I learned from my peers, was challenged to think critically and honestly about my future as a teacher, and can say that because of it I was more committed to growing my business and expanding into niche markets. I learned about AI integration with yoga, how to be discerning with business partnerships and tools, and was encouraged (as always), to grow outside of my comfort zone. Jen applies the 8 limbed principles to hosting the mentorship group and I’m so glad I had a full year to spend with others on a similar path to me.

A superbloom is a rare natural phenomenon in which an unusually high number of wildflowers bloom at once, transforming an entire landscape into a sudden, vibrant field of color. It typically occurs when the right conditions align—sufficient rainfall, warmth, sunlight, and time—allowing seeds that have lain dormant, sometimes for years, to awaken and flourish all at once.

Beyond its ecological meaning, a superbloom can be understood as a metaphor: a moment when potential meets the right conditions and expresses itself fully and visibly. It is not forced or rushed, but emerges from a period of preparation, unseen growth, and readiness.

In this way, a superbloom reflects a kind of timely unfolding—when what has been developing beneath the surface comes into form with clarity, vitality, and impact.
