The Heart & Joy Seasonal Sisterhood Circles offer women a nurturing space to connect deeply with one another through group, partner, and solo activities that foster a Heart of Joy. Ideal for those seeking community and shared growth in a sacred setting, these circles are designed to inspire, uplift, and support. Each session includes a grounding meditation, gentle movement, a community art activity, and concludes with a soothing sound bath for deep relaxation and reflection.
Erica has been designing and facilitating women’s circles for over 20 years. She has over a decade of global experience teaching retreats, workshops, and yoga. She earned her 200- and 500-hour teacher training certificates in Costa Rica. She has also trained in Bali, Hawaii, and at renowned centers like Kripalu, Omega, and Esalen. Erica’s passion is teaching Heart Yoga – connect the breath to the heart, mind, and movement.
