Arrive ready to explore your inner world and leave with a one-of-a-kind masterpiece infused with your dreams, intentions, and strength.

This immersive workshop weaves together intuitive painting, affirmations, color therapy, and guided intention-setting to help you channel your inner wisdom and align your mindset with your deepest aspirations.

We’ll begin with a step-by-step exploration process connecting our inner desires, hopes, and dreams. Through reflection and journaling, we’ll shape powerful affirmations into words or pictures, then bring them to life using paint, texture, and soulful embellishments. The experience will close with a manifesting sound bath to anchor your vision in body, mind, and heart. 

This workshop includes guided exercises in meditation, journaling, affirmations, creative painting, and sound healing.

All materials are provided, including nourishing snacks.

Please bring: a journal, yoga mat, cozy socks, and comfortable clothes you won’t mind getting paint on.

Erica is a heart-centered facilitator with over 20 years of experience guiding leadership development, transformational circles, retreats, and creative workshops. Globally trained in yoga, meditation, and somatic healing, she brings deep presence, joy, and insight to every experience. Her signature practice, Heart Yoga, blends breath, movement, and intention to awaken alignment.
