In this workshop, we will begin with a brief meditation in the garden, followed by a fun, free, and easy collage “under painting.” After a healthy, light lunch, we’ll practice studying the concept of seeing and painting negative space. This technique requires Dhyana, or deep concentration, and feels very meditative.
You’ll be surprised by the outcome! You may stay later if you’re on a roll (and you will be!)
