Busy days often lead to busy nights, when your mind won’t stop racing, your body can’t relax, and sleep feels impossible. 

In this immersive workshop, you’ll learn science-backed mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices to ease anxiety, stress, and tension during the day so that you can fall asleep and stay asleep at night.

You’ll also be guided through a self-hypnosis sleep protocol to create your own personalized sleep practice. These are easy self-hypnosis techniques to relax your body, clear your thoughts, and guide you into a deep, restful state. You’ll learn how to create a fall-asleep-fast “easy button” and how to fall back asleep quickly and easily if you’ve been waking in the middle of the night.

You’ll leave with a set of powerful tools to reclaim your nights so that you wake up refreshed.

About Jen Walthers

Jen Walthers is a guest instructor in the Joy of Meditation Program, a RYT-500, and certified in hypnosis and wellness education. She trains teachers in Bay Area school districts and leads corporate retreats in stress resilience techniques. As a former insomniac herself, these practices helped her relearn how to fall and stay asleep.
