This treat is made with rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and our much-loved pumpkin spice syrup (fall is finally here!). The oats are rich with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins, such as magnesium, B1, and B5, while the chia seeds provide omega-3s and calcium and are rich in protein. Consider this elevated breakfast whenever you’re in need of a nourishing treat!

Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Directions

  1. Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, and pumpkin spice syrup in a mason jar or bowl.
  2. Stir well and place in the refrigerator for at least six hours or up to four days. Stir, and add toppings before serving.

Notes

  • Add in optional toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts and seeds, nut butters, etc.
