@atsuroyoga returns from September 24-28 for a long weekend of Ashtanga practices. Recognized as one of the most advanced practitioners of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Atsurospent over a decade training with Tim Miller, the first American authorized to teach Ashtanga. While the Mysore sessions are ideal for those with the Ashtanga practice, his workshops are open to all. This is a great opportunity to learn from a highly experienced practitioner. SCHEDULE

Welcome @chloe.yogini to our regular teaching sche

Welcome @chloe.yogini to our regular teaching schedule. She is often at the studio in the mornings where she practices in our Mysore room. Starting Thursday, September 10, you’ll find her teaching Hot Tapas from 4:30-5:30pm. Chloe’s interest extends well beyond asana — she’s drawn to how yogic philosophy can be lived, not just practiced on the mat, and works to make that philosophy approachable and easy to carry into everyday life. This shows up in her work as a certified aromatherapist, exploring essential oils through a yogic lens for use in daily life and practice.

An update from our friends at Tibetan Children’sEducation Foundation (@tcef_montana). Less than 2 years ago, many of you contributed to TCEF through a fundraiser at our studio and some of those funds went to the Rainbow School 🌈 (@rainbowschoolzkr ) in Ladakh, India. The school now has a much needed multi-purpose room which gives them space for school events, gatherings, performances, and community celebrations. The completed auditorium was recently inaugurated with traditional prayers, cultural celebrations, and the participation of guests, marking an important milestone for the Rainbow School community. Also, we are looking for 5 sponsors for 5 children in Nepal who were affected by the recent flooding. Reach out and we will put you in touch with the person who can make that happen!
