Have you ever wondered what we eat during a seasonal Ayurvedic cleanse? We really do eat well! Besides being a great reset for our digestive system, it prepares us for the upcoming season.

Our summer cleanse starts June 12. It's open to all, and is super beneficial for those of us who find ourselves excessively hot and/or more irritable during the summer. We focus on diet, lifestyle, and Ayurvedic living specific to supporting digestion, metabolism, and energy production. Those of us who find ourselves a little too "hot" will learn ways to manage all that heat!

Did you think you missed learning about Emotional

Did you think you missed learning about Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), aka tapping, with @joannevarni? Well you didn't - due to an illness we rescheduled her Intro to Tapping workshop to Saturday, June 1 from 1:30-4pm.

Never heard of EFT or tapping? This is a tool that some have found helpful in managing their emotions. During EFT, individuals tap certain points on their body – similar to the points used during acupuncture. It is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. While acupuncture uses needles to apply pressure to these energy points, EFT uses fingertip tapping to apply pressure.

The benefit of EFT is that once you learn it, you can do it on your own. Joanne will introduce you to the basic technique as well as the main pressure points.
