Our Summer Challenge begins in less than a month!

Our Summer Challenge begins in less than a month! The Challenge is designed to give you a chance to practice and try out all the different styles of yoga we offer. Complete a game board by taking a combination of 84 classes in 84 days (you can take more than 1 class per day!). Challenge participants get access to Mysore classes.

BTY Members can join at no charge. If you're not a member, but want to participate and plan to take at least 2 classes/week, the price of the Challenge ($529 for 84 days of unlimited yoga) is more cost effective than a 10-class pack. Here's the price per class breakdown if you practice:

▪️daily: $6.30/class
▪️5x/week: $8.82/class
▪️4x/week: $11.02/class
▪️3x/week $14.69/class
▪️2x/week: $22.04/class (less expensive than a 10 class pack)

Those who complete the board are eligible to be part of a raffle drawing for prizes, where the grand prize is an Unlimited Membership for an entire year! Come to play or just sign up for 84 days of unlimited yoga.

Welcome Paige Stanton Wilson (@globetrottr_p) to our schedule. You'll find her teaching our Tapas series on Thursdays at 6am.

Paige's yoga journey began 15 years ago. After more than a decade of practicing, she decided to join the 200-hour YTT certification through the JOY of Yoga Teacher Training at Breathe Together Yoga. She's now working on her 300-hour YTT certification, proving that in yoga, as in life, the journey truly never ends.

Paige teaches with a playful spirit and in her classes you can expect your spirits to lift as high as perhaps your feet in navasana!

We use a bell at the front desk when the overall volume of the studio becomes too loud and disruptive to our on-going classes. Next time you hear the bell, take it as a reminder to become present in the moment's peace and calmness!

Make your hips happy and your knees knifty by joining @alyssajprettyman for an afternoon of movement, massage and mindfulness for your hips and knees!

You'll learn and practice, and use breathwork, self-massage and movement patterns that are designed to help you tune into and tune up these notoriously cranky areas of the body. Whether your goals are mobility/tightness, pain relief or strength and stability, there will be something here for you!

This workshop runs Saturday, May 18 from 1-4pm and is suitable for all levels and chair friendly (totally possible for non-floor sitting options to be offered)
