This summer we’re elevating our traditional summer

This summer we’re elevating our traditional summer challenge to a Summer Reset. Our game is designed to help you try new things, feel fantastic in your body, and build meaningful connections along the way. You’ll track your progress on a game board. You are encouraged to be strategic about how you plan and pair the classes and activities that you will complete. Everyone who finishes will be entered into a raffle drawing for prizes (including a year of unlimited classes at our studio!). All finishers and those who come really close will be invited to a special class led by Jennifer Prugh on the last day. Members (8x/month, 10x/month, unlimited, and Mysore) can play for free. Not a member? We have 4 spots remaining for $378. After that, the price is $578. You get unlimited access to all classes from June 1 through August 23. THE Chuck Miller (@chuckmillersama)will be in town

THE Chuck Miller (@chuckmillersama)will be in town for a five-day progressive intensive to share a collective of ancient wisdom in the context of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Practice. We work on the fundamentals and go slowly and develop the beginner’s mind. Chuck will be here from Thursday, July 23-Monday, July 27. We know some students who are planning their summer plans around him because he is such a treasure! Mojdeh (@mojdeh1959) the Mysore lead teacher at BTY, has said of Chuck, “I have learned so much from Chuck and studied with him for more than 20 years. The fundamental teachings I have learned from him have informed my personal practice as well as my teaching.
