During this time of year, we get into a kind of hustle and bustle as things come to an end and new things begin. Make time to center & chill as we move into the fun and excitement of summer.

Join @bridgesky_acu_yoga_veda on Saturday June 8 from 2:30-5pm. We will practice a long and gentle yin yoga series attuned to calming the nervous system, opening blockages, allowing our minds to quiet. During the final relaxation, Bridget will apply acupuncture needles to support us in moving the qi and opening up the channels that will help us center for the coming season.

Have you ever wondered what we eat during a seasonal Ayurvedic cleanse? We really do eat well! Besides being a great reset for our digestive system, it prepares us for the upcoming season.

Our summer cleanse starts June 12. It's open to all, and is super beneficial for those of us who find ourselves excessively hot and/or more irritable during the summer. We focus on diet, lifestyle, and Ayurvedic living specific to supporting digestion, metabolism, and energy production. Those of us who find ourselves a little too "hot" will learn ways to manage all that heat!
