Compassion: a strong feeling of sympathy for the suffering of others and a desire to help them. When was the last time you expressed compassion, not only for others but for yourself? Our Compassion smoothie beautifully combines almond milk, chai concentrate, mangoes, cherries, and cinnamon to help nourish and support your body from the inside out. Mandala Tea House’s chai concentrate is a special blend of ginger, black tea, and signature Indian chai spices. Combined with our house-made almond milk, the base of this smoothie is loaded with healthy fats and just enough caffeine from the black tea to provide a boost to your day. Mangoes and cherries add a subtle sweetness, and a bit of cinnamon ties this smoothie all together. Create a cup of compassion for yourself or someone in need using the recipe below!
