This Summer, your reset starts here. Refresh, reconnect, and rediscover what feels good. With longer days, increased activity, and more opportunities to gather, this season naturally invites expansion. Our Summer Reset is designed to help you tap into that energy – deepen your practice, try new things, and build meaningful connections along the way. You’ll also explore simple mindfulness practices to bring more balance into your everyday life.

To celebrate your progress, we’ll have a raffle one month into the challenge on July 1. Complete the diagonal “X” on the board and let us know, and you’ll be entered into a drawing for a free workshop. 

You’ll also have options for extra credit, which you can use to substitute for any square. Complete the entire board by Sunday, August 23 to be entered into our final raffle drawing for a variety of prizes! If you finish the entire board as is and do all the extra credit, you’ll get two entries in the raffle.

We’ll close out the Summer Reset with a special class led by Jennifer Prugh. Everyone who has completed the final board is invited, and we’ll also extend an invite to those who may not have finished but got very close! At the end of the class, we’ll draw all our raffle prize winners.

Those who complete the challenge are eligible for raffle prizes, including one year of unlimited yoga membership. Completing all the squares and doing all the extra credit options gets you two entries into our raffle!

GAME BOARDS!

We will have printed Summer Reset game boards for those playing at the studio. If you are remote, you can download it here (and feel free to send photos of it to admin@breathetogetheryoga.com as you progress).

HOW TO PLAY

  • To mark off a square, fulfill the square’s activity or class. 
  • A class can fulfill more than one square. For example, if you take Hot Tapas on Tuesday in-studio at 6am, that qualifies as a heated class and an early bird class (and if a heated class is outside your comfort zone, you can check that square, too). You are encouraged to plan your classes and activities strategically!
  • For squares labeled with specific classes (Sculpt, Pilates), you can mark off the corresponding square after completing that class. A Vinyasa class is any class with “Vinyasa” in the name and a Flow class is any class with “Flow” in the name.
  • For squares with style categories (Ashtanga, Energetic Arts, Fundamentals, Therapeutics, Meditation), you can find all the classes that count by looking at our Class Descriptions.
  • The class “Gentle Yoga & Neurogenic Tremoring” can fulfill a Therapeutics or Energetic Arts square. If you want to fulfill all Therapeutic and Energetic Arts squares with this class, you would take this class 8 times.
  • Heated means you are taking a class where the heat is turned up like in Hot Tapas.
  • An early-bird class starts before 8:45am.
  • A night-owl class starts at 6pm or later.
  • New teacher means the teacher is someone whose class you haven’t taken. 
  • A class outside your comfort zone is one that you typically avoid.
  • Online class means you are taking a class from Breathe Together that is live-streamed.
  • All activities that start with “Share” are done with the intention that you are posting on social media and tagging us using @breathetogetheryoga and #btysummerreset. If you prefer, you may instead write a letter and share the accompanying photo to admin@breathetogetheryoga.com.
  • Journal after a class. Some people really develop this part of their practice. You might even get a journal and find yourself writing something after each class. 
  • All of our articles have an option for you to leave a comment!
  • Join our newsletter via our web site – scroll to the bottom and you’ll see the button to subscribe. If you already get our newsletter, you can mark the square off.
  • Center square is free!
  • There is no limit to the number of classes you take in a day.
  • EXTRA CREDIT
    • Aerial class – aerial classes can be substituted for any square
    • Summer Cleanse – gives you credit for any 4 squares
    • Wellness Appointment – if you are seeing one of the wellness practitioners, you can mark off 2 squares
  • To be eligible for the July 1 raffle, complete the diagonal cross by June 30 and let us know to be entered!
  • Complete all classes and activities between June 1 and August 23 , 2026.
  • Classes must all be taken through Breathe Together Yoga.
  • Give your completed board to the front desk by 12pm Pacific time on Sunday, August 23. If you are playing remotely, email it to admin@breathetogetheryoga.com by the deadline. If you did all the squares as stated plus the extra credit, be sure to let us know!

Pricing

  • $578
  • Members play free (excluding 4 class/month members*)

For $578 you get 84 days of unlimited yoga, and access to our Mysore classes. This is a great deal. Even if you only plan to take 2 classes a week. Here’s the price break down per class if you practice:

  • Daily: $6.88 class
  • 5x/week: $9.63/class
  • 4x/week: $12.04/class
  • 3x/week: $16.06/class
  • 2x/week: $24.08/class – this is less expensive than a 10-class pack!

Taking more classes makes the deal even sweeter. The final day to purchase is June 30, 2026.

*4 class/month members may participate by suspending their membership for 3 months and then enrolling in the challenge (unlimited classes) at a discounted price ($515, including suspension fees).
